Tim Burton, director of films such as Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Batman and Sleepy Hollow, has done it again. This time with his rendition of one of my childhood favorites, Alice in Wonderland.

This movie has an A-list cast including Mia Wasikowska as Alice, Johnny Depp as the Mad Hatter, Helena Bonham Carter as the Red Queen, Anne Hathaway as the White Queen, and Matt Lucas as Tweedledee and Tweedledum.

Here is an early peak of what you can expect early upon its release in May 2010.

Chris Brown pleads guilty to assault

Chris Brown has pleaded guilty to one count of felony assault on pop star Rihanna.

Brown entered his plea before a preliminary hearing was scheduled to start in Los Angeles on Monday.

Rihanna had been on standby to testify.

After Brown left the courtroom, Rihanna entered and was addressed by Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Patricia Schnegg, who explained to the Barbados-born singer that she had issued a stay-away order.

Rihanna had not been seeking a stay-away order, but the judge imposed one. The order requires that Brown and Rihanna stay at least 50 yards from each, except at industry events when the distance is reduced to 10 yards.

The judge also told Rihanna it's not a one-way order and she will be in violation if she gets closer to Brown than the order allows.

Brown's lawyer, Mark Geragos, said the plea deal includes five years of supervised probation and six months of community labor. Brown will be formally sentenced on Aug. 5.

Schnegg accepted Brown's plea, but expressed some concerns because Brown is not a California resident. She said Brown likely will be allowed to do his community service in his home state of Virginia. He'll have to return to California for updates every three months. He'll also be required to attend domestic violence classes.

Brown spoke softly throughout the hearing as he waived his rights and told the judge he understood the gravity of his plea.

"I think it's commendable you took responsibility for your conduct," Schnegg told Brown.

She said she hoped "the terms and conditions of your probation will have some meaning."

The deal provides an end to a case that sparked intense media interest and severe backlash against Brown. Sponsors and radio stations dropped him, and the singer had to cancel several high-profile appearances, including a performance at the Grammys.

The singer once known for his squeaky-clean image now has a substantial blemish on his record. He must now also remain out of trouble for the foreseeable future.

Lawyers for Brown and Rihanna have refused to discuss the status of the pair's relationship.

Brown was arrested Feb. 8, hours after police say he hit and threatened Rihanna after leaving a pre-Grammy party in Los Angeles. He was later charged with felony assault likely to produce great bodily harm and making criminal threats.

If convicted, the singer faced sentences ranging up to nearly five years in prison.

Brown, 20, rose to fame after the 2005 hit "Run It!" and his popularity has only grown. He was nominated for a Grammy for "No Air" with Jordin Sparks and named Billboard's top artist in 2008.

In the months since the incident, both musicians have gradually appeared in public more frequently. Lately they have been photographed separately, including at a National Basketball Association finals game between the Orlando Magic and Los Angeles Lakers.

Rihanna, 21, recorded one of 2007's most popular songs with "Umbrella" and has numerous other hits. Her looks have made her a cover girl for magazines, as well as a pitchwoman for Cover Girl cosmetics.

Police have charged the tour manager of the Black Eyed Peas with assault after he allegedly punched celebrity blogger Perez Hilton outside a Toronto nightclub.

Polo Molina turned himself in and has been charged with assaulting Hilton, Toronto Police Constable Tony Vella said. Molina is due in court Aug. 5.

I reviewed some of his music and sadly I have to go on records of saying stick to making movie money. I'm not saying that he can't succeed. Homeboy is Gorgeous. I don't doubt that he will have a female fan base. Hell I'll go to the concert just to see him. Damn I sound like a dude.

Aubrey O'Day is holding up after she was robbed Wednesday in Los Angeles, her rep tells Usmagazine.com.

According t TMZ.com, the singer, 25, was walking down an alley on her way to tape a TV Guide segment when someone ran behind her and stole everything she was holding -- including an pricey Zac Posen dress. (Luckily, her beloved teacup Maltese named Ginger escaped unharmed, the website reports.)

"Aubrey is doing well," her rep tells Us. "She is just a bit shaken up from the day's chaos and is grateful that she and those around her were unharmed."

No arrests have been made.

SPLITSVILLE: Usher’s Demands & Nas’ Money Backlash

The Raymond divorce papers have been analyzed by media sources–and it looks like some sneaky mess was going down. The papers confirm that Usher and Tameka have been separated since July 2008. No surprise to me. But apparently, Usher found out Tameka hired a private investigator to trail Usher for the past year. And now he wants EVERYTHING they captured on him to be turned over:

The “Love in This Club” singer is seeking a full rundown of all documents that Tameka has kept during the course of their marriage…

That includes tax files, paycheck stubs, bank account information and other financial records, insurance policies, real-estate rental agreements, medical records and automobile registrations.

On the more personal—and potentially acrimonious—side of things, he’s also seeking copies of “notes, cards, letters, photographs, film, documents, tapes, voice recordings, gift, jewelry, clothes” or other evidence that reflects on Usher’s conduct during their marriage, as well as detective reports, photos or recordings that have resulted from either “surveillance or investigation” of her one time better half.

Making sure no stone is left unturned—or potentially leaked to the media, no doubt—he’s also requesting copies of “any and all diaries or personal notes kept…during the course of the marriage.”

Damn! Guess there’s some ish that just may conveniently leak if Tameka’s scorned enough. Additionally, Usher is seeking joint custody of their two kids Usher V and Naviyd Ely.

In other Splitsville news, MTV has scoped out how much Nas is worth and just how bad Kelis may be messed over if he never ponies up the $30k cash she requested for her and their unborn baby:

The paperwork alleges Nas signed an $11 million recording contract with Def Jam and is co-owner of touring company, Gorilla Union. The documents state Nas also pays for five homes, three for the couple in Los Angeles, New York and Georgia, and one for his family in New York and her family in the Dominican Republic. In addition to business ventures and property, the filings suggest Nas owns a number of luxury items, including a Rolls Royce Phantom, a Maybach, a Ferrari and a full-time driver in New York.

According to the filing, the married couple maintained separate bank accounts and filed separate tax returns.

“All of this is adding up and all of the weight is falling on her shoulders, creating extreme emotional stress which I’m sure has affects on her physically since she’s due to give birth any day now,” the source said. “Kelis has spent every last penny that she has to cover whatever expenses for the baby that she can but at this point really needs him to step up and share in the responsibility. She physically can’t work to bring in any sort of income, as much as she’d like to.”

Apparently Kelis has been trying to get in touch with Mr. Jones but he won’t answer. Sad situation for everyone involved really….

Usher and Tameka have lived apart for a year

Court records show that Usher and Tameka Raymond were separated for nearly a year before the R&B singer filed for divorce, calling the marriage "irretrievably broken."

A divorce petition obtained by The Associated Press says the couple has lived separately since July. The two were married in a glitzy ceremony in August 2007, but split nearly a year later. The petition was filed Friday in Fulton County Superior Court.

The Raymonds have two young sons: 1 1/2-year-old Usher Raymond V and 6-month-old Naviyd Ely Raymond. Tameka Raymond has three children from a previous marriage.

The petition says there is "no reasonable hope of reconciliation" between Usher, 30, and Tameka Raymond, 38.

Usher is seeking joint custody of the children.

Neffe’s Having a Baby Girl

Neffe’s having another little girl. She’s already got three by her soon-to-be ex-husband and a little boy by some jump off and now she’s having baby number five with Soullow, her wanna-be rapper/producer boyfriend. Okay, that’s it Neffe. Enough.

Neffe and Soullow just found out that they will be painting their baby’s room pink!

Neffe told S2S today that, yes, she pregnant and she’s having a girl. She and Soullow found out the baby’s gender Wednesday during her sonogram. They also found out that their little princess is due on October 3.

We can’t wait to see the baby, but we know she’ll be adorable. In the meantime, we’ll be checking the mail for an invite to the baby shower.

And as one chapter in Neffe’s life begins, another is ending. She is now officially Claude Priest’s ex-wife. The papers stating that their divorce was final came yesterday too.

Usher & Tameka’s Divorce Is Official

Divorce papers have been filed after 22 months of marriage and a hearing is set for July 15th. The Associated Press and other news sources have already been privy to the Raymonds’ divorce papers.

Usher filed the papers Friday morning with the Fulton County Superior Court. And he received a hearing date for next month. Both Usher and Tameka’s reps are avoiding phone calls and comments. And we hear Tameka didn’t see it coming and is up-set. Here’s her latest Tweet:

Danity Kane Revisited

Ok, Ok I'll admit it...I was pissed when Danity Kane split back in Fall of 08. I mean damn...they were the best female R&B/Pop group that we have seen since Destiny's Child. With 2 # Albums that were both hot as all get out. The difference was there were 5 females from all across the country each with their own special little something, something that we all grew to love. Not only that...This was the first time that we all got to see a female group put together right before our eyes on Making the Band.

Ok no one expected for the group to last forever. But it was a total shock to everyone when the group split up when they were on the top of their game. It's like MTV was fooling us the whole time (they are some editing pros).

So here is my little run down:

Aubrey - She has always been a firecracker. That's why Diddy hired her. She will always be a star. She can only determine how far she will go. Yeah, she did Playboy but who hasn't (get over it).

Aundrea - Ugh. I truly think that she was the root to all of their problems. Jealousy is an ugly thing. Don't get me wrong, this little MF can sing her ass off. I think the issues that she had with the other girls could have been resolved if they had better communication skills. I mean its a group you have to learn how to get along. Isn't that what they taught us as little kids. I think her whole thing was that she didn't know how to get along with other people who were different from her. If you notice, after they all split up she just wanted to do Danity Kane as a two-some because she didn't want to deal with anyone else. My advice to her, get over yourself, you want to me in a group sooo bad but you need to learn how to work out your problems and stop running from them.

D. Woods - This girl can blow. I like her she was super talented and she is from the south. Big ups to you ma! But (ya'll knew it was coming) I do believe she used DK as a stepping stool. She already had other things going on. She was already in a group call The Girls Club. I'm not trying to knock you, but I do feel that if you truly wanted a successful career outside of DK you should have worked more on DK. Ya'll were so close. That was just the tip of the iceberg. Good Luck to you and everything you do! Truly

Dawn - She was my favorite. What can I say bad about Dawn. Not much. First of all this girl is from my hometown. That's right New Orleans stand up!!! That's should be all I have to say. This girl actually made it and she made it big! Not too many females from New Orleans can say that. She was the first from my generation. She's still has what it takes to make it out here. So I'm still expecting big things from her. (sidebar: she needs to leave Que's bitch-ass but that's another story.)

Shannon - Sweet Shannon Bex!! I truly with you the best in life. I really hope Shannon find exactly what her purpose in life is. When she does she will find total happiness and joy. And I really wish that for her.

Now the big question...Will Danity Kane ever get back together?

All things are possible. What we all know it that it will depend on the girls willingness to get DK back together.

Kelis & Nas Call It A Wrap

I have to admit that I was devastated when I heard that Kelis filed for divorce from her husband Nas. The couple first met in 2002 at an MTV Awards afterparty. The later wed in 2005.

As we all know Kelis is currently 7 months pregnant with the couples first child. Nas announced the sex to MTV just a few weeks ago. The couple will be having a son.

Mediatakeout.com has rumored that shady business deals, abuse, and other women has led to this divorce.

No matter the reason for the split, I know they both have to be devastated. They both have requested privacy from the media during this tough time.

Kelis, I personally wish you and your son the best. I this news has truly sadden me and your fans.

Hopefully when all this mess is over we can see her back in the studio. Let's keep our fingers crossed with that one.
